January 21, 200917 yr Local guy has a 4x4 manual justy hes selling for $600, runs good, body is ok with slight rust. Seems expensive no, is $300 an ok offer to make him?

January 21, 200917 yr Justy prices went through the roof here this summer when gas was $4.50/gal -- there was a dealer asking for $4,900 for a '88 4x4 with 50k miles. More normal was $1000+ for running ones. They do have a problem with engines not lasting over 100k generally -- kind of like 70's american V8's... They aren't nearly as easy to work on as the other subarus. Better mileage. Smaller. Depends on what you want....
January 21, 200917 yr you aren't looking at the PITA model! the PITA model has ECVT $50 if the 4wd does not work it's a subaru, but the black sheep model
