They're in Denver, I don't know if they do piece work though. But I am sure they'll sell you a whole engine... Or might know of a company that can fix you up.

Yah I was told by a source that they highly do not recommend ccr but thats the first place I thought of

He did go into specifics cause its not right to bash other companies but he said he didnt hear good things about them and he isnt a competitor so its not like he would rather me go to him for the work

 

I got two leads

ccr recommended a place called Area or Garion and napa said they will do it

are you saying ccr could not do the job?

I bought a 2.5 rebuilt block from them...got 3k on it and it is running like a charm...found them very helpful

The guy who used to turn cranks for Ridge Reamer now works for Area Machine. They do very good work.

 

As for someone who "doesn't recommend" us, I guess you can't please everyone, though we sure try. Most who don't are old competitors from 15 years ago or so as far as I know.

Yah and im sorry for doubting ccr i called them and they were very helpful but I got to put that project on hold for now I just go an 02 forester
