We just don't want hordes of people there before all the organizers can get there. I'd say showing up anytime after 1pm would be fine, just be patient with us if things aren't all set up yet! He told us things werent ready, and to kill a couple hours... and that we did. Jibs & I did some awesome sight seeing, and also found some spectacular waterfall.
