I'm gonna fandangle a way to save it.

Too nice to rot out in the desert.

I've got the same situation going with a white hatch over in the Dalles,Ore.

Its siting in some kinda county impound yard amongst a few other impounds.

It's been in the same spot for four months that I know of.

I have so far found out it's probably a County Sheriff storage area. Not too much hope in a rescue, but it's a Nice one. I'd hate to see it go to the Crusher.

I'm hoping since this is on Washo Tribe land that it will be a different scenario,

but i doubt it.

I'm gonna call the # tomorrow and see what they're all about.

you should get these folks to help you picket.

It looks kinda like a cat crawled up on the driver headrest, and died, and is now bloating.......

Hopw you can save it.

Other than whatever happened below the rear bumper the body looks pretty good on it.

Being in the desert is why it's so nice, most likely. Grew up in NM...the dry heat makes some nice surface rust and bleaches the paint, but it'll stay pretty solid.
