well i got a wing for anea81 wagon from clanteri.. i figured it would mount on my hatch.. but it seems the mounting posts are a different curvature than the hatch on my hatch..

 

anyone know if there are different mounting posts? or am i going to have to sell this wing now, lol..

Yeah they are different all right. I think you could take a piece of cardboard and trace the edge of your car and then adapt its shape and grind away metal on the mount if you wanted. Unless its the plastic "feet". Find the aluminum feet and you would be good.

well that explains it guess i need to look for some new "feet" lol

I ground the feet for my hatch. Hatchback air deflectors are hard to find.

Meeky Moose, I bought a deflector/wing for an EA81 from Moosens about 2 months ago. When it arrived, I went to put it on and discovered the same problem as you. I'm curious if the one I have, is the one you need, and the one you have the one I need? Maybe we can trade... I can send you a pic of mine if you're curious.

heres the pics of the one i have.. i'm sure this is the one for a wagon.. not a hatch.. i'm bettin the one you have is for a hatch, lol... email or post a couple pics so we can see the differences.. heh..

 

i have one off of an ea81 wagon. different feet. they are open on the inside.

 

just grind it to fit. thats all you can really do in your situation.
