I have my stock pull-offs from my 06 WRX wagon. dunno if they would work/fit for you. they have less than 1900 miles on them.

Looks like $380 for those parts from partstrain. The rears are about 2x as much as the fronts (AWD).

The wrx struts would have springs already attached.
?
If they come from a junker - I'm sure they could.
New struts aren't usually quoted that way - I guess someone might sell them w/springs.

But the fronts will work 'as is'. The rears will need top hats @ least as the '90-91 had different bolt patterns...but the springs may be tapered and not fit your Legacy top hats.
You'll likely have the 'saggy butt' issue on the rear, too.
