We are at the awards ceremony now.

Was fun and lot of cool people a run in with dnr very little mud a water crossing was fun

Dennis load some pics or maybe search mudcoast iowa on google for pics there were lots of footage.
Left my camera at home forgot.
I had to pull dennis out in a place off the road where like 6 got stuck
Then dnr came
Fun fun fun
Car turned over the 150,000 mark

my mpg was still about 35mpg
used no oil, used no coolant
vibration in the steering wheel on I-80 back home, from mud in the wagon wheels, priceless.

stop motion video slowest is 3 frames/sec
other choices are 6, 10, 15

That gives me 6 whole days to fix the brakes(replace the corroded lines) and patch up some holes,
or else i'll be taking on water like the titanic
I could rivet metal in and cover it with bedliner
Or I can stay home and just baby my subie.
Anyone know where I can find a decent welder for a decent price?
I grew up with acetylene cutting torches and making precise welds.
I dont know much about migs/tigs, but i hear they are more precise.. .
Using arcs, I typically used a whole stick on 6-8 inches of a weld.
It may be overkill, but the weld held
