  1. Heading south down to So cal for a week or so starting tomorrow, anybody along the way that could be a contact would be much appreciated, cars running good but always nice to have some fellow suby back up. Straight on I-5 all the way. Kyle
  2. So I did a total overhaul tune up plugs, wires, filters etc on friday an my dieing has stopped for the moment it seems.
  3. They no longer make that Xenarc kit, I talked to them a long time ago no deals
  4. Alright well for the time being I think the dieing has been solved. Now on to the next gremlin evil electrical. My clock resets to 1 oclock everytime I turn my car on an also the hatch light comes on with my brights
  5. The idle is not the problem because most of the time it is perfectly fine. Yesterday i was driving back from shelton an it was dumping snow and all of a sudden it just had almost no go, seemed like it was getting no fuel, in second gear just lurching, then i got a strong gas smell. Drove further an it went away an then today it runs like a champ...
  6. So Ive been driving around an my car has been running good after a couple carb cleansing bottles an some heet. I also havent been using my cell charger an I think everytime I have used it there has been some issues.
  7. Did the carb clean an check, heeted the gas. Ill probably do new plugs an cap its about the yearly change
  8. So it seems like every winter, the suby has some hick ups. Currently my car likes to die when I come to a stop when putting the clutch in, but not all the time. It also is hesitating in fourth gear like its not getting fuel sometimes, an then other times runs perfect......
  9. well i did just click over 180k, that makes sense. alternator is always interesting as well.
  10. 2 weeks ago my clutch cable snapped on bainbridge island. Then the other evening leaving the watering hole my lights would not work yet my brights would, drove home with the brights an got home an the normal lights started working..... Now my lights work but when turning on the brights my hatch light comes on...... This morning EGR light is on, mine is bypassed...... Subarus

  13. Ive done it, i just dont have the tools or would rather just pay like an hour labor or so to just get it done
  14. I need an axle put in, just moved over to port townsend an was seeing if anyone over here could reccomend a place or a person.

  16. I did have a vacuum leak but that didnt solve anything, im sure I'll see the Dr. today an it'll be diagnosed.
  17. ya, I already tried adjusting those an the cable is not the issue. Could be a hose i'll have to inspect a little further
  18. So my clutch is in, still havent got word from thepartsbin, anyways now my idle is like 1200 rpms. tried messing around with it this afternoon. My idle screw doesnt even touch the throttle anyway, nor did it ever........
  19. First time ived used them, well they're emailing me within 2 days..... a return form and hopefully i will get fully reimbursed i dont know why I shouldnt. the lady i talked to was pretty stupid.
  20. So I ordered a new clutch from them, called them so i could get the right clutch specifically and its the wrong one??? Anyone else have this problem?
  21. Searched a while on here but a lot of people use clutch in ther topics, found some centerforces for 1600 but no 1800, any links?
  22. New muffler, got a dynomax turbo thrush muffler sounds really nice, very deep sound
