  2. Its an EA82 car with an EA81 in it, The other tow holes where for the evironmental stuff, the Steel spacer blocks, they are what broke, there are bolts broke off in the heads where they are supposed to be, I only have one option for holes, and thats the way the exaust bolts up....... Jeff
  3. I'm going straight in the aluminum head and the bolt is Steel........... can't weld that.......... Jeff
  4. I tore my exaust out last week, and I went to fix it today, I tried the Heli coil kit first bit that went south quick, then I tried to tap it out a little more, I now have the hole up to a 1/2" and I think I screwed up those threads too.................................. Has anyone used JB weld in the hole before and had it work? I think I'm running out of options other than replacing the head................... Any Ideas would help............... Jeff
  5. wouldnt the Naches trail be hard to get to for you? 410 is closed since that slide right.............. or is that not part of your route? Jeff
  6. Could do a walker Run................................. This sucks, I wanted to run down there and play................... What other Ideas does anyone have? I dont want to do a EC run. We where just down there. Jeff

  13. I think that sums it up, November 7th meet at GI Joes Parking lot at 9am ......Exit 227 East of I-5 right behind the Dennys in the Skagit Valley Mall parking lot ............. Think it is going to be a good Run!!!!!! looks like there is going to be a decent turn out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Jeff
  14. There is no way in hell, that a stock cherokee will go through that with out beating the crap out of it, yes you might make it but it would look bent after you where done, and as for a stock Subaru, other than over sized tires one guy has made it in a stock one with no one pull the whole trail, open diff and no lift, start to finish. Not only that you could drive everywhere in the world with a lifted XJ and get all your parts from JC Whitney and no one would even notice, In a lifted Subaru that separates the Men from the dudes who know how to bolt on a fender flare, We make our parts, our lifts are made with our own hands, steel in the raw form, constructed to make a car capable of doing things it shouldn't do, I can see that you are a fender flair bolt on kinda guy. every thing needs to be moded to do the right job, and I think that Subaru's are one of the hard corest of the wheeling community just for that fact........................... have you ever even wheeled? I'm thinking that you have not wheeled hard enough to know what a real offroad trail is....................... Try here http://www.naxja.org/forum/ Jeff Jeff
