ok so my 83 wagon has no title, and the plates expire next month. I have at receit of sall from the owner before me. So should I try to get a new title or should I leave the car at a junk yard? THE BAD: There are alot of issues with the car, the inside is trashed, wheel bearing are shot, front wind-sheild leaks, ect. I am moving in AUG and have no place to keep the car. THE GOOD: The body is pretty straight. The engine runs great. The trans works good. So what do you think?

So I have a set of 14" pugs and I was wondering can I put them on my car without a lift kit? I mean I am going to get the lift kit but it will be another month and really want to get my car out and about. The Kid Olympia, WA

1st I am changing my plugs, and I dont have a manual, and I dont know the gap size for my 2000 OB 2nd when I pulled the 1st plug I have noticed there is oil around the threads, is this normal? this is my 1st subaru and I have never noticed this before on any other car. Please help ASAP for the gap size this is my daily driver. Also I did do quick search under "spark plug gap size" and did not come up with the answers I am looking for. Not sure if this is in the right spot or not, but at the Olympia PAP next to the Olympia Air Feild, there are about 4-6 Subaru's that have 5speed dual range trannys. I have no idea if they are any good or not, but at least the INFO is on the board. The Kid Olympia, WA

Hey everyone I have a 2000 OB 5 speed. 77K I love my car BUT when it is in reverse and the car is in motion, Does not matter if i have the clutch in or not there is a GRINDING noise coming from the tranny!! Could this be a bad gear? or low on fluid? Also how do i check the fluid? I can not seem to locate the container for the fluid. I am not that much of a mechanic so I may have the termology wrong. Ok guys if there is someone out there who can give me a hand with my car that would be great! I have to do a ball joint replacement. I have read the manual and I dont think it will be that hard. However I have never done this before. Plus I need to wire up my new radio and put the dash back together. I figure that all this can be done in one days worth of work. I found a about 4 subbies in the PAP in oly. They have the dual range trannys from 85-89. Hope someone can use them before they scrap these cars. And its free to get in. Anyone else know of any other yards other than the one in oly and the one my the air base?

Mudrat makes them, however the Aussies have some really COOL ones that I am seriously thinking about having one shipped state side

1st I want to say I have done a quick search on this topic and did not really find an answer. I have a 2000 OB with 76K miles on it. it is a 5speed. ONLY in reverse i hear a grinding sound when the car is in motion. in all over gears there is no grinding sounds. some friends of my think i should put some 90 weight oil in for the tranny and it will be fine. i think the wrose and its my gear has gone bad. has anyone else had such a problem with their OB? any and all commets would be valued.

when is the BBQ? was it last weekend? hope I did not miss it.
