  1. i can certainly get you the first two things if they are there no problem. I was thinkin of pulling the entire lighting assemblies anyways since they seem to break alot on me.. the third thing though, you'll have to give me some more detail on how to find and pull the part. im not much on anything but body work yet (still tryin to learn the ropes under the hood....) so if you or someone else can provide me with some insight as to where to look, what to look for and how the heck to get it out, i'll be more than happy to grab it... (well, it's just starting to snow here.. so if it lets up, i'll be going tomorrow still... a little bit of pullin parts in a blizzard never hurt anyone!! haha)

  2. so i have discovered a new "special noise" on my car.... the first time a apply the breaks when i am driving i hear a loud "thump" from ny rear brakes and they dont stop too well for a second... after that, they are fine with no notable sounds, until i turn the car off, let it sit for a couple minutes and the nturn it on and drive again. then same scenario all over again... sticking drum?? I dont know!! infact, i know NOTHING about brakes... any input would be great. thanks!!!!

  3. Took a trip to my loca lyard today. they are trying to clean it up and are going to crush all of these cars very soon. took an inventory and figured i'd ask if anyone needed anything. they had some newer stuff that i posted in the newer gen. board if you need it. As for the older stuff, they have an '83 GL wagon with a good body, and marginal interior, and an 88 or 89 justy with less than 90K. the car i REALLY wish i had gotten there for when it first got towed in is a 91 RHD legacy... I WANT A RHD BRAT!!!!!! I believe it to be my destiny to own one!! haha... anyways, if you need anything off of either of these, or the others i posted, let me know and i'll go pull them tomorrow.

  4. I would suggest having you mom call the lawyer instead of you. they tend to practice a bit more empathy with someone older (lame but true). Also, if you cant find a lawyer to talk to, you can ALWAYS go down to your local court house. They should have a law library there. The law librarian is going to be either a practicing or retired lawyer. They may not SPECIALIZE in auto accidents, but they will either know someone who does that's willing to help, or they will be able to help you find info in the books as to how to procede. hope that helps, and i hope it doesnt come to all of the "Lawyer" crap-o-la:mad:

  5. Yup, single range 4wd. To tell you the truth, i wasnt sure how well it would do,but it didnt even come CLOSE to getting stuck once. I had a little loss of power problem on a hill climb we did, but other than that, no issues at all. A couple of the mud holes were pretty technical too, with HUGE rocks in them and wierd angles you had to come out of them at, which meant i had to just CREEP through them, and a coupld times i just came to a stop in them. No problems at all getting going again. The only issue i had was when i was just sitting in a mud hole that was over my tires bragging that my car was donig just as well as my buddies truck and i then realized i had about 3 inches of water over the entire bottom of my car!! hahaha!!!:headbang:
