Looking forward to getting my other parts in the mail next week. ummmmmmmm the parts smell so good.....I mean Yeah there here.
  3. We will wave when we are in your area. We usually go to the car shows in Carlisle.
  4. Well I am hoping that the more miles I put on him the cheaper he will get. So far he is really expensive at the moment. As for the backfiring.....well I am hoping it will work itself out but I do like the extra boost. I don't think he came with the owner manual....or is he hiding it on me:rolleyes:
  5. I told Backwoodsboy's sister that I was going for the Fred Flinstone car. Of course I will make........I mean allow Backwoods to do the driving....... Well that is until the engine gets put in and then hands off the steering wheel.
  6. awww we miss you too. Just had grits for breakfast this morning...yummy! BTW congrats on your new nearly rust free car:banana: It's pretty sweet. Do you have a name picked out yet or are you waiting to get her home?

  10. Okay You got permission to buy a car from your wife why are you asking the board if you should get one. You should already have one in the garage the moment she mentioned you could have it. :-p I think they are "cute" too:headbang:

  14. You know you guys should actually be working now and not on the forum:eek: I guess I shouldn't talk. If I am not outside playing in the stream...I am searching on the forum and writing reports.
  15. Yup Isn't it obvious that I need help if I am still dating you:-p I caught the subie obsession b/c of you.
  16. I totally agree with you.....of course us real chicks are hard to find and should be appreciated.....well ok....we are hard to find in the big crowd of stuck up bs. I dig the grease and etc. It really means that the man is not afraid to work. I also like it when they have enough patients to teach me to work on cars. Thanks John....BTW we are not married............yet:confused: I would so love the work on the brat party. It needs a lot of TLC. The poor thing is set on the back burning for the fall and I am hoping to get her running in the spring. I really hate to do it and I thought about selling her b/c I don't want her to sit around. I am thinking about lifting her and I am trying to convince John to put the EJ engine in my brat b/4 his since it needs an engine anyway. Hmmmmm still working on it. I will let you know COnnie b/c I am going to need all the help I can get:grin:
  17. I am more than happy to rent john out for some of your cooking:grin: He is a really good teacher and very patient when I am just about to swear at it he will give me a chance to cool off before he asks if he could help. LOL
  18. ummm i really don't know what you guys like to cook but I am not eating that axle......... Yes I was having tons of fun with that axle and the grease is still in my fingure nails until I cleaned it out with my knife:eek:
  19. Connie, Bucky made it home in one piece....on the other hand the dodge didn't:eek: We lost a piece of the exhaust:rolleyes:

  22. Hi connie....Congrats on pheebie...I can't wait to see you guys again:banana:
  23. I still like the brat without the cap:-\
  24. Man I have to keep him on a short leash.....I can teach him a trick and turn my back and he can forget that trick....If the leash was any longer he would be lost:eek: as for the house broken that is yet to be determine. My little welder can be rented for a small fee....the renter must have their own insurance....If any accident should happen when renting a welder please blame the welder and not the rental agency... Thank you for your business and have a good day
