  1. if your engine has over 100k I would use 10w30. You will even notice how quieter the engine runs.
  2. Maybe I should not replay to this tread??!! I have an 03 wagon 5mt/ se edition. 46k miles all i can say it drives like new......and i did route 66 last summer a 10k miles round trip loaded, very loaded and under 120f temperatures sometimes. It was great
  3. It happens when I apply the brakes........it's quite normal
  4. Somebody in Sweden as gone as far as 810000km on a 2000 outback. you can read about it on high mileage subaru site
  5. 4x4 is not same technology as subaru, subaru is AWD (all wheel drive)
  6. A friend told me he knows a mechanic that does 2 engines a day in a shop and they don't remove the engine, he told the engine stays on
  7. just don't buy "packard" ignition wires they have a very short life
  8. In short Fuel consumption is related in general to= Engine displacement+engine hp and weight of vehicle

  13. yes camber is slightly negative ( I prefere) it gives you a better overall drivebelity
  14. you should never pay for a problem that keeps coming back even if your guaranty has expired. it only proves they didn't fix it correctly
  15. In canada seat belts are lifetime garantee....check with your closest dealer
  16. all I can say, my legacy runs like the very first day after 45k miles and 3 years on the road. I like to come here because I learn ....maybe too much lol ( sometimes I get scared) yah, but most important people on this site are very helpful and friendly. That's what matters most....hope it stays that way
