  1. on my 86 spfi a/t fwd sedan , the seats belts would not pull out at all , there are 2 springs at the bottom , one of mine fell off or broke off , i had a parts car which had good ones and replaced them , and the belts work good . :wave:
  2. welcome up board , try to get past records , like the last time the timming belts were changed , hows the brakes feel , any major oil leaks, check the drive axles for spliting boots , are parts easy to get , and price , hope this helps :wave:
  3. this is the old generation board . use a spark plug socket , extision about a 6 in , i used ngk plugs, and 8mm wires , take one wire off at a time so you do not mix up the firing order , also might want to use a k-n air filter , :wave:
  4. will any crank from a subaru work on a xt ? , because my power window on the passanger side does not work , how hard is it to put in ? does any one have all the parts needed ? :wave:
  5. i would think aleast 27- 30 mpg , my 86 spfi a/t 2wd sedan gets 29 -30 highway 24-25 city :wave:
  6. my wires were already connected, look below the steering wheel and you should see a red blinking light , if there is something wrong , the light is pretty small and red , short and long blinks :wave:
  7. i have a horse and buggy pay no high gas bills , made right here in the USA .
  8. buy some sheep or goats , a bucket of water is all you need , and a long piece of rope or cable :grin:

  10. check radiator cap, you might need a new one , is the radiator flaking or green on the outside ?
  11. top of the motor , check heater hoses , this might be a bad answer but ck the over flow tank , mine went bad

  18. i have a 88 turbo a/t wagon , i washed it with a power washer , when i got into the car the drivers seat really wet , any easy fix ? thanks :boohoo:
  19. ok, where is this red wire ? or the connecion of all 4 comming togather ?
  20. my 87 turbo wagon does the same thing , but have not checked out under the dash yet , will spray lube help those screws you were talking about ?
  21. since were talking about fan, my 1-2 speed does not work , would it be the blower ? or under the dash some where switch
