Just wanna share w/ you folks my 1st trip to the desert w/ the wagon. Its been a couple months since i lifted and did maintenance to it. Yesterday at Ocotillo Wells, nobody in sight, 110* weather, me and my bros did a day trip to shoot our guns and do a little off-roading. Have to say the wagon passed the test except for the AC goin out as soon as we left the site. The trail, about 5 miles from the road had a couple hills, washboard bumps up to 2' high, and rock gardens at the end. It was smooth throughout w/ the stock suspension. Didn't scrape at all underneath. But definitely gonna put a skid plate on next. I'm so glad I bought the Loyale! Its budget-offroading at its Best!

$150 EA Series Front and Rear Bumper (EDIT)
gokoolab replied to [HTi]Johnson's topic in Products for your Subaru
How do these mount onto wagon? Any welding necessary? Or straight bolt-on to the frame? Thanks -
Does adjusting throttle cable down really give u more power? Are u just adjusting idle? Will u idle at higher rpm now?

Jrd- thanks buddy soobenthusiast- thanks for the input bout ur tractor. I actually went to alignment shop today and they told me the same thing 91loyale says, if u keep the wheels flipped, your wheel bearings are gonna be trashed quickly. Im prollly gonna look for new set wheels n do it correctly -

The fronts are fine, no rub issues if mounted correctly. Its the rears that rub against a bolt that sticks out a little and flat arm that goes horizontal. Not sure if theres a fix for that other than getting another set of wheels w correct offset. But thank u for the info regarding bearings, I keep that in mind. Maybe I can just run the fronts w/ the correct side and look like a top-fuel funny car -

yes, they are the allied wheels. they seem to have a deep offset, prolly custom set for another customer, so they rub in the rears, so i just mounted them backwards. and yes, its time to get dirty..desert trip in 2 weeks, cant wait! -

I am ready to put on wheels/tires on '92 wagon. I have 15" Allied Armament wheels. Planning on ordering from Tire Rack General Grabber AT2 size 235/75/15. I would like to know if this will fit w/o any clearance issues or will I have to roll or shave parts of fender. So i am asking anyone who actually has experience w/ this size on a wagon similar to mine. I have a 4" front and 3" rear lift. I have done searches and did read the sticky on the "off road" section. Thanks in advance for all the input
