[dead dash clock]

I too had the dreaded dead dash clock but thanks to this thread and bushbasher's comments, I now have a working clock. Just a few minutes of simple soldering and it was done.

[Problem. With loyale]

Sounds like what happened to me. Car sputtered and quit running. I checked the fuel filter under the hood and it looked like I had fuel going to the engine, I was wrong.

 

If the car cranks but won't start and you have spark, it could be the fuel pump. Tap hard on the fuel pump a few times with something like a screwdriver handle.

 

If the car then starts, you need to replace the fuel pump.

The blower motor is making a horrible vibration - worse at high speeds.

Looking underneath the dash, I don't see how to get it out.

 

Does anybody have any instructions on how to get at this thing ? It definitely needs to come out for a repair/replacement.

I haven't started the repairs yet but it is good to know the spring compression isn't as bad as I initially thought.

 

I did muster up a spring compressor to use and from your description, it sounds like the job may go more easily than I had originally feared.

looking for video or detailed tutorial on how to replace rear shocks. These are inside of the spring and I'm not sure of how to safely remove them.
