Ea82 lifting questions

How about on road? -
Yea it runs ok after it warms up. Ill check the distributor after im off work. But im sure its not loose. I did a head gasket not long ago. After that i think i had it running normal. But it sat for about a year, had to replace fuel pump and drain the tank. But this car has always had a little bit of a hard time cold starting. But this is much worse, now.

92 loyale. It has a very hard time cold start. And if i can get it to start it spits, sputter and misses. I have to pump the pedal to try to get it up to 3,000 rpm and hold it there until its warmed up. If i cant get it up to 3,000 and it dies, i have to crank and crank and crank until it tries to fire up.after it warms up then it seems to run fine. Does this sound like an air idle control valve or something else? Is there a simple way to test it? Or take it apart and fix it?

I dont see why a pressure washer wouldn't clean it. On the inside would be harder, but the outside would clean right up.

How did you know im in mariposa???? I dont know how to post pics. I had to re-cut my blocks because they were too wide. I think i have seen the napkin hand written on this forum as well. And someone else had a diy that made more sense to me so i followed it. I got the driver side put on and back together aside from the front sway bar (i believe that is what it is) but if your going to be around id be more then grateful for any help -

I dont know what the napkin is??? I cut them 2" wide, but im going cut them down more, i noticed that it wasnt enough room with them that thick. But i still dont know how to actually get the strut back on with the 2" tall blocks and the new bolts sticking up. Ive taken off most of what holds the hub to try to make enough room. -
This is my 1st time lifting a subaru. I did a homemade rear 2" now im trying to do the front. Ive tried to look up videos to see how to actually install the strut tower spacers. I cant get enough room to get them on there. I made 2x2 square tube with the 15* cut any help please

Well as I never actually swap an EJ in an EA I never even thought about pulling the EA out until I read it up on this forum. But the 2 EAs that I have run great. And the one i have had the most has never broken more then i couldnt learn to fix it. Ones at 297000 miles the other 314000.
