  1. Acually thats incorrect, even in manual mode the car should allow it to shift. Because the TCU is still active, i also read about this somewhere in a PDF file.
  2. Boy so id prob get $2000 lol. $8000 work only $-6000 profit, lol. Well im keeping my sub going for a long time then, no 2006 outback for another year or 2. Hey u find it cold in Edmonton? or warm, because here in woodbridge(close to toronto) its cooling down. And for some reason in USA they sell for way more! Over here this is where people need these cars, not in California!! They're made for snow!
  3. Air trapped in the system. Ya that does make sense doesn't it. Maybe subaru should check up on this and fix all these HG errors.
  4. Ya mine feels the same as well, pretty good for a 14 year old car if u ask me.
  5. K tommorow ill go out and time it, and tell u what 300,000KM can do with an orig engine.
  6. Look if i saw a old brat and a delorean, i would poitn at the brat. Much cooler, and its a retro sub, what can beat that.
  7. Ya lol in my sub the cup holder is right infront of the climate unit, so i can see it happening. lol.
  8. Well the cost. Well i suggest u stop by subaru dealer except theree a little expensivve, however they do a good job. Try a local transmission shop that does import cars, i once tryed one that does just basic cars, and they had no clue what the heck they were looking. at.
  9. How? u figure a 130hp awd car does 0-60 in a day? I can beat most mercedes, but what is the acual 0-60 anyone know?
  10. Just out of curiosity, what was the 0-60, becasue i want to see how much of a difference almost 300,000km did with 2.2 engine. Thanks!
  11. To tell u the truth, it can be a good thing however it might also be a bad thing because if it fails uur screwed, but atleast with the manual one know worries. Yet its cool, but as nipper said u need to get all thosse sensors installed and a motor for the ducts. It would prob be a easier hook up in my 93 leg because it has a push buttom climate where u ppush ac and it switches all the vents and turns on ac.
  12. Maybe the switch u had was sending a continous 12v to the solenoid for fwd, and now the solenoid is fried. Or is that just the FWD fuse? Ur only solution is a used tranny or new solenoid c and make sure ur clutches aren't bad either if u do replace the solenoid.
  13. $2700 eh, well my Legacy looks like new, and runs exactly like new, and has same milage , so i should be able to fetch atleast $9000CAN and i spent like $8000CAN in repairs.
  14. I might steal ur subaru! Is it a mint old sub? because if it is, ill take ur car at night. But me i would never take a delorean, i would preffer i ran over a delorean!!
  15. The delorean is a peice off crap, atleast the Baja will never ever break down. He is probaby pushing that delorean, u should feel better u own a faster more reliable vehicle. ANd plus if u get some bigger tires u can run over him
  16. SO it was made for 95 leg's because im looking on ebay and the earliest i see is 98.
  17. Thanks, but i was also wondering if it was available in 93 and if i can take it from new leg's?
  18. Is it possible, because the car does have the power locks, and i dont like having aftermarket systems so does anyone know if it will work, and can i get the system from another year? Thanks!
