Hi, today we were driving everything thing seemed normal ac on max level 2 speed fan nice and cool the heat needle in the miiddle, but when i get home i felt the hood it was on fire, i burnt my hand. Just to make sure is it normal for it to be so hot i mean i poped the hood and it was pretty warm i gota admit, but jsut to be safe whats the normal temp on a day like this? ANd i got full oil. Thanks!

But i saying OMG I JUST SPENT $5000CAN IN REPAIRS and its being paint so there shouldn't be any more rust and new tires, new tranny computer, VERY clean interior looks like new. So now how much prob $1015 right lol! O well im going to have to keep this car for a LOONG TIME after spending 5000 on repairs to make it new again.

I remember once i was driving to my cottage and we saw a car stuck in a ditch and it was pitch black but the snow was higher than the door. I was driving a 93 leg wagon(still driven it today) and it was really hard to see the car. So i turned back and then saw his lights flashing. It was a Ford Taurus this was back in '99. So i stepped out and knocked on his windows i fell intohis car(LOL) anyway so he said PLEASE SIR. So i didn't have any ropes but i had a bumper! so i drove into the ditch and pushed him out. O by the way my dad was driving and i was 8 years old lol. We did get him out with alot of wheel spin (dum all-season) but still we were amazed to bad they didnt have camera phones at the time would have been good to post a pick. But, it amazing what these cars can do with litte ground clearance.

ok well now my speedo is running more smooth after i powerwashed the hub but i only did the right front wheel so maybe i need to do the same on the left wheel and it might make thhe speedo work perfect, because like i said it slowly getting better and got much better after power washing it. THere was also lots of rust coming off could that be another problem?

well deffinily there arent new hubs. But im totally lost with why these two problems started after new front bearings and tranny rebuild is there something hooked to the tranny, that was unplugged. I went back to these guys many times. They charged me like $2600CAN plus taxes.SO i spent like $3000 i totally said WTF i went from a $1500 (no taxs) to$2600. THey also replaced the TCU because my other one died. THis shop seems like bull************ers because i see a new tranny(well used) and that might be the reason why my TCU didnt work properly. And now i got these problems and they decided not to fix the oil pan leak on the engine and rear diff. OMG i totally feel screwed and now i just paid $200 for a new ball joint on the left for steering. THE CAR IS ONLY WORTH $2000 and i still need to paint it because of the rust. HoLY CRAP and NOW MY ABS AND SPEEDOMETER!! WHOLLY IM GOING CRAZY HER!! IM BROKE!!

OK, well ill contact the shop that did the bearings. I am not aware of him installing a new hub. But u do have a good point. Now im pretty sure the wire is ok because before he did the bearings i didnt have this problem. And i kept arguing to him but he could not find this issue or why this was happening. Now is there anyway i can do a diagnois of the ABS. And the pump is definitly working. But like i said once u drive forward you hear the abs pump then the light comes on. Has anyone else expierences the speedo and abs issue?

HI, i have a AWD 93 leg wagon. I got some repairs on the car. I got a new TCU like a tranny rebuild, and new front bearings but still need to do the rear ones. SO when i take off my speedometer that tell me my speed does not move smooth and the abs comes once i start moving. And i just change my tires. REPLIES ARE WELL APPRECIAETED>

HI i just got back my sub from the shop (93 leg wagon) and my speedo doesn't move smooth it bounces, and my abs light comes on once the speedo starts to move. The only repairs that were done was the tranny, total rebuild . COuld it have anything to do with one wheel beeing bigger than the other and how do i get the code out of the abs, and why my speedo (thing that tells u how fast ur going) is hopping. Replies are much appreciated!!

Ok today my car was ready. I go to try it out. SO first thing we do. Floor it and make tight turn no bind good! Then we floor it.. 6000rpms 6500rpms and im still in 1st GEAR!!! so the guy tells me its a governor but before i brought it it never did this. So i turn off the car turn it on and guess what the POWER LIGHT FLASHES!! ABS LIGHT WAS ON!! AND MY SPEEDO ISN"T SYNCED!! tell me did i get screwed. The guy told me he has to reprogram something. Is it possible something isnt connected. Or the guy swapped the tranny. ANY ADVICE. The guy charged $1500 with clutch packs and drive solenoid c, bearing(all four) and rear differential leak fixed. But it does shift when u dont floor it no problem. SO if i only go to 6400rpms it will shift fine. Well there working on it tommrow ill run a TCU test . Replys are much apppreciated!

Hi, i have a 93 leg wagon L(no air suspension), and saw a pair of new 17" rims set of four with brand new tires, and the tires were called 215/45ZR17 Sumitomo HTR+, so i was wondering if it was a good deal for $800 plus shipping and duties? and the rims were new off a toyota, but he said they fit 92-06 leg. U think the ride will make a large differance?
