ya we should go where planing a trip up sunday. i just got back down from playing. the ranger mest up his cluch ha ha i know thats not nice he was being a @ss hole but i went farther then him. i told him if he cant make it home i would tow him with the subaru but i dont like night runs talk to you all later

will the drive shaft fit or will you have to get it cut down we have a wrecked 87 4x4 and we want to put the drive train in the 86 2wd sedan will that work thanks dennis

there is one bronco he dos not have mud train tires on it and i pulled him out when he got stuck. the other rig is a ranger and he gots a lift and super swomper on it. but heres the thing they dont thank a subaru with a lift and good tires on it will go anywhere. all i have is the 6 lug with 14s and road tires. iv gone every where they have gone it would be nice to show them where a lifted subaru with good tires will go dennis

the last 2 weekends i went and hit some mud. 2 friends went up with there fords. and all they can do is dis on my subaru. i told them that i was going to see if i could round up a few subarus and show them up. i live in mcminnville,or so if any one wants to do this let me know thanks dennis

dose any one know where i can find ujoints for my 84 wagon i went to napa schucks auto zone no one can get them. so i went to a subaru dealer and they said i have to buy a new drive shaft there should be some place where i can get just ujoints thanks dennis

you can but it is not going to be good for your cd player and you will get alot of distortion from the speakers but it dosent take that long to put new speaker wires in dennis

most cd players need a good 12 volt power which is the yellow wire also there is a fuse on the back of the stereo but it wont heart to put a inline fuse the stereo runs off the line from the battery now the red wire tells the stereo when to turn on and off just wondering are you going to run a amp and sub?

i found on the subarus when you put a cd player in and want it to sound good you need to A:run new speaker wires B: run a wire from the yellow wire on the radio to the battery C:the red wire on the cd player to your acc on the ignition there is a wire in the cluster of wires take your time and do it right you will be lot happer if you do how i said and you might want to put new speakers in dennis

i take all my oil and stuff to a shop and they burn it for heat and it saves them money alot of shops are that way -
Clutch cables are 83 and 84 the same cables

i have to replace my clutch cable about once a year on my 84 gl wagon -
in my wagon i put the front speakers on the floor boardin front of my front seat. there 3 speaker on each side there a 4in 2in and a small tweater it comes in a small box. in the back i have 2 6x9 in boxes. also i have a 10in sub in a box. when you put your sub boxface your sub to the back of the car not up not forward. i put my 6x9s on my sub box i will get pics for you if you want them and i have good sound and bass later dennis

what would take to put spfi on to a 85 fwd carbed gl wagon. i have the every thing i need except the computer. what fuel pump do you need for that. i guss i know how to install the parts just not shur about the wiring. so if someone would let me know. dennis

i think it is that radiator im going to have tested but i will keep checking to see if you guys come up with anything else

working on a 85 gl 2wd with a ea82 in it. got the motor back in to the car and it is over heating. it has a new water pump, took the thermostat out. dont know what to do. i thought it was a pressure lock but it doesnt act like that anymore. when i shut off the motor it wants to come out of the radiator. but when it is running there is no smoke. if anyone could help please give me a suggestions thanks 1bignose

i was looking at les schwab today.was looking at the LT195/75 R14 wildcats all seasons has anyone ran these tires if so how did they do in the mud\snow\road let me know dennis
