October 10, 200916 yr Yesterday I picked up a 82 gl 4WD wagon 153000 motor sounds great. It has a broken clutch cable so not drivin yet. drivers side front tire is tilted, sloped, leaning, out a whac, top in bottom out. I looked at the ball joints feel ok. what eles could cause this? yes Ive searched the forums till I cant read any more. Ive never worked on a strut car suspension. I got a Idea could the struts be dead and flat cause this. cause from what I understand I could turn those nuts up on the struts and get lift but get a lot of poss camber :-\ Edited October 10, 200916 yr by bobaru

October 12, 200916 yr Yeah, I'm on my third set of struts in the race wagon. This time though I've cut them up and put insert struts inside, this will double the strength I am hoping. Also gone from 125mm travel to 210mm travel. I reckon I'm gonna bust some CV's come two weeks from now (race day).
October 22, 200916 yr Author THank you I picked up a strut from Jeff the other day. the wheels are strait Jeff you the Man
