December 5, 200916 yr So i need to pick up a pair of oil pans, one for the 95 "L" 2.2 and the other for a 98 "GT" 2.5. I can pick up a new H6 oil pan from a friend for dirt cheap. But i think it won't fit? My question is are all the EJ pan's the same? Or do i need to order a specific pan for the 2.2 and 2.5?

I have an H6 and the oil pan certainly looks a good bit different. I'd be interested in buying that H6 oil pan if you don't use it, let me know. EJ oil pans shouldn't be too hard to find, some folks on here have blown engines - davebugs does, maybe he'll sell you one or two?

December 5, 200916 yr Author Probably rusting them out from the salt. GD correct!! we use more salt then common sense when it comes to roads up here. We have 10cm of snow on its way tonight......salt trucks will spreading by dark.
December 5, 200916 yr Any EJ oil pan fits any EJ engine. As long as you keep the right pickup and baffle with the pan.
