Thinking about painting my roof black. I've seen one or two that have painted the entire roof black but what I'm really looking for is someone who has painted the roof black but left the A pillar and along the top of the doors the normal color. Pics of either would be greatly appreciated.

i have seen both done before on different cars (non subarus) and personally out of all the ones ive seen it looks the best if you do the pillers also especially if you have tinted windows. I think it looks best when you do have your windows tinted but thats just my personal opinion your may be different

+2 - if you're gonna do it, do the pillars, too - it just looks weird if you dont.

it will look way more natural with the pilars done as well. there wont be an odd 'cut' line where the color changes.

ifyou arent going to do the a pillars, i'd go with the 3rd option. just gotta make sure the line is straight.
