February 22, 201016 yr Its been a few years since ive seen these but there is or was a company selling these for full size domestic 4x4 trucks.
February 22, 201016 yr Author well, the person selling that on craigs is asking like 3600 for the whole shebang, and alot of the ATV;s have 4x140 bolt pattern hubs, so it may be a direct fit???????
February 22, 201016 yr I'd buy a set. Could pay for them by grooming x-country ski and snowmobile trails in the winter...
February 22, 201016 yr I guess you decided not to search for the dozens of discussions that already existed on this subject. http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/showthread.php?t=32800&highlight=trax http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/showthread.php?t=106392&highlight=trax http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/showthread.php?t=58933&highlight=trax Here are three that pertain to your discussion.
February 22, 201016 yr Why would you take it apart? The scoop should be removable. Put tabs on it so you could just drop a justy on it fully stripped, If the wheel wells line up, just for show. Then you could sell it when yer done playing. Walk the kids around in the snow asking to do snow shoveling for $40 and when you get a yes from some grandpa ya just get-r-done and be off to the next house. It could pay for itself in no time in snow season. Swmbo is holding the potatos laziness against him, forcing him to sell. Don't let it be you! That sucker should be able to make money!

February 24, 201016 yr My banjo gets angry at midnight thighs reduced with Haiburton bikini bottom balsa wood elevator nozzles. What the hell are you talking about? LOL. What he is saying another member is lazy and selling or would opt to sell, and he would not.
February 24, 201016 yr SWMBO= she who must be obeyed:lol: I wouldn't be sucked into the couch like a couch potato if I had that toy to play with, I would be proving how indispensable it is to my wife who wanted me to sell it.
February 24, 201016 yr Maybe not a brat, but sweet just the same Now, compare this set up and the quad set up. Not nearly as strong. The quad stuff is not strong enough to carry the weight of a car.

These trax give a lift on themselves, so you could maybe get by on a stock non lifted rig. ??or ***and the real biggie here: Gear-Reduction 1/3 Increase in Gear Reduction on Vehicle with Typical OEM ATV Tire Edited February 24, 201016 yr by bheinen74
February 24, 201016 yr The only terrain tacks have an advantages on is sand and snow. They suck hardcore on rocks and mud, and they aren't DOT legal, but if you could get a set for a reasonable price, they would be perfect for heavy winter weather and snow wheelin, or a fun day on the dunes. -Bill
March 2, 201016 yr great for the ski slopes:banana: Exactly. Screw paying $50+ for a lift ticket when you can drive yourself to the top and have some "non-skier" drive it down for you Twitch PS: I have had mental images of my BRAT blasting up Schweitzer Mountain for a loooooong time. PPS: And Bill, I'm sure in all that soft, farm field dirt, they would do magnificently
March 2, 201016 yr PPS: And Bill, I'm sure in all that soft, farm field dirt, they would do magnificently Hehe, thats what tractor tires are for... -Bill
March 2, 201016 yr Here's the specs for the ATV version that will hold up to an EA81. http://www.litefootatv.com/html/litefoot_utility_rated.htm They're technically not ATV tracks, but UTV tracks. And if you question whether or not they can handle the abuse, check out the video of Ken Block with a bigger set on his rally car. These are essentially tank tracks, but for vehicles. Twitch
