March 11, 200422 yr Well, ive actually got 2 left....but those are reserved for SUBARU Tex and Skip, at thier request. IF i can get enough interest up...meaning i can get 4 or more ppl interested in oil cooler adapters....i can place another order and have some more shipped in. I think i can get as many as 10 adapters....i'll have to double check. I know i can get 5. Ive had 2 people ask, and I have told them that I dont have anymore...so if those two speak up...there are two already. So what say you? EDIT: Oh and....has everyone got the oil coolers that I have sent out? Lemme know who has not gotten their's... svxpert: I am going to have to purchase a box for your parts...special trip tomorrow! yay!
March 11, 200422 yr WJM, sign me up for the wait list, it got 93' here in Phoenix yesterday! its MARCH! gotta cool that oil! keep me posted thanks eric
March 11, 200422 yr WJM, what size are the in/out tubes of the adapter? i am going to scrap a cooler from the jy, and I would like to get one of the same size... thanks
March 11, 200422 yr Author a little less than 1/2 inch. I am using 1/2 inch line, and they fit on it good.
March 22, 200422 yr Author If I can get at least 2 more interested, I'll place another order. Lets go!
March 22, 200422 yr Author xforxlifex Snowman scrapdaddytatum nutt7 Ok, 4. I'll wait for some more people....IF there are those who want one....otherwise, ive got enough to have an order.
March 22, 200422 yr Sorry for the ignorance, How much are they? Are they only for EA82's? (EA81T?) And when will they come in? I might have to pick one up. -Noah
March 22, 200422 yr Author They fit ALL EA engines, and the ER27. $35 shipped. I will wiat a few days before ordering, from that point, about 5 days to get to me...from there, once I am recieve payment from the people who want them....2~3 days from me to you.
March 24, 200422 yr WJM, can I send you the $35 via paypal, and when you get these adapters, just send me one? Do I send it to the email in your sig? or should we wait for more orders? thanks for the help... eric
March 24, 200422 yr well I got my whole system installed today. everything was looking great. then after a while my volvo oil cooler started leaking. I also had assumed that the fittings were 1/2" pipe (they are 3/8) and then when I went to hook up my custom hoses (4250 psi ) I realized my error. well rather than add adaptors that would take up space I decided to rethread to 1/2". so that part is all good now and the cooler seems to work well as it got real hot just after a 15 min. drive. any one have a volvo 240turbo oil cooler? thats all I need now and it will be sweet. thanks again WJM. if I get some time I will post a pic or 2.
March 25, 200422 yr Author Great stuff russ! I wish my hose ends were curved like that...ive ust got 90s and then rubber lines on the nipples...arg. need AN fittings for something. nutt7: lets wait until I get a few more.
March 31, 200521 yr Me too, if I can put this on a 1988 GL turbo wagon (that I don't quite own yet but will next week ...). Email also sent.
