Featured Replies

:banghead: I only had ONE partial can of WESLEYS rubberized undercoating, great stuf, had to finish with stuf not so great, 3m, solderseal and other brands didn't have the color/texture/coverage as WESLEYS

Did uuse on my jetta and it is real tough to get off paint take an extra few minutes to make sure all is protected.

Herculinered my whole bed in the Brat. Tough stuff. Easy application. Fairly economical.

I have used most of the brands over the years. My experience has been that they are all about the same. The importent thing is getting it on before the rust starts!

I had been using it every few years to reseal the floor pan. It seems to me that the seams and cracks are hard to seal and that is where the rust starts.:madder:

I say if the rust has not started then undercoat away. If rust has started you probably need to fix those areas before sealing.

Good luck,

Glenn
