ratbrat
So I know some tire sizes are going to be cheaper then others. Im converting my brat to a 6 lug so I can run better rims. I have some spare 15" rims laying around from my Datsun that im not using and they are they same Toyota 6 lug for the conversion. Is 15"rims a good size or should I maybe pick up some 14's. I want to keep tire cost cheap but still have a tire with some good off road bite. What are you guys running?
mcbrat
it's getting harder to get 14" tires with offroad bit unless you go with swampers. I'd go with 15's...

Skylar
Yeah, Id say about the biggest tire you can get for a 14 would be a 27x8.50 or actually a 235/75/14 but thats probably hard to find. For a 29" tire you'd have to run a 15 inch rim . Unless you find the 28" swampers which i think were available in a 14" rim ..
El Presidente
Run 15's and pick up some 235/75/r15's(29")...they're cheap and available. I picked up a set of 235 all terrain's with %50 left on 6 lug chevy wheels for $40 a while ago. Right now I'm running 30x9.50x15 Maxxis Bighorns on Nissan pathfinder wheels.
