what is the easiest most effective motor to swap into this car? this is my first subaru. its lifted 4wd just isnt fast enough to rally through the trails or sand. any help would be appreciated.

A ej22 in my opinion is a great swap, its reliable, powerful (135hp ish) and gets good mpg but it does take some work and money, research it and you will see:D
