Can i use stock subaru lugs for 8 spoke 15" peugeots?

You should at least get adapters.

Try to get the real the real Peugeot style lugs if you can.

Stock ones are too small, the wheels will (literally) eventually fall off.

No. There is no acceptable and safe alternative to pug alloy lug nuts. That's why they have been reproduced in the past. You need the real article for safe and correct fitment.

And another question... what the biggest tire i can run on my brat with these? there the 15" flat spoke... i was thinking like 195/65/15?
