Has anyone laid a nice coat of paint on these ever fading plastic interior pieces, I was thinking about it but wanted to see if someone has before

Get Dupli-Color Vinyl/Cloth paint at any Parts store. Stuff works great, and looks like it was molded in that color.

 

They have all sorts of colors, Tans, Black, Gray, Tuner (Red, Blue, Green) Good stuff

I second that. I tried it upon seeing it in his thread (TheLoyale) and it works great!

I used the Duplicolor years ago when I did a BMW 2002. Multiple very thin coats work best. It will wear off on high use areas. The outside seat bolster showed the origional color when I sold it but that was after a couple of years as a DD.
