Tire rim bolt pattern

Featured Replies

I have a 2002 Forester  with 15" rims.  I found a set of alloys that came off a (outback  or Impreza 15")  at a recyler.

What do I have to be concerned about?-  I bought a extra set of winter tires that I want to mount.  I didn't have car with me when I happened to be shopping 35 miles away.

Thanks for info

 hi,

i think all the 5 lug subarus 1985- 2008 or so  have 5x100 lug pattern so should work,  ,  the svx wheels are not this size !

I read somewhere that offset is different - 48mm on the Forester vs 55mm on most others - but it should still bolt up and work without a problem.

So 5X100 bolt pattern wheels fit my '03 Legacy GT.  Will a 15" wheel fit as well for snow tires, the 205/55R16 are too wide, and too low profile to really do well in deep snow.  Thinking about some 195/65R15 stock steel wheels for the car, will 15" rims clear the calipers on a GT?

No.

Not with std wheels.

There were (are) some 3rd party made for rally that would clear, but not Subaru steelies.

You need 16's at the minimum

Also Tribeca's use the 114.3 size

Thanks for the reply and info.  Any links to the rally rims, I would rather not expose the stock alloys to winter salt.
