My neighbor has three gl wagons that he's going to scrap very soon. An 80 with a bad tranny, 81 with bad head gaskets and another parts '81. Not bad rust on any of tHem, but some of course and dents and such. All 4wd manual transmission. Anyone want to save them for like $75 each (scrap price?). Wish I had room.

Some pictures would be great, here in Cheyenne a lady i rescued my two brats from just scrapped her other two brats the other day and to add insult to injury she loaded them down with extra carbs, trannys, lights, wheels you name it just to get a couple more bucks. I urged her to put them on craigslist but apparently that was too much work so she just junked em it was heartbreaking. I'm just glad i was able to save mine!

It'll be weekend before I can get pictures. Been leaving for work before dawn and getting back after dark this week.

Zyewdall, I need a 4 spd shift knob and the transfer 2/4wd knob.  If your neighbor wants to turn them loose I'd appreciate your help.

 

 

 

For $75 each, it seems like it would be easy enough to get your money back.

$75 for the whole car? I may have to swing up there and take a look. If it's worth it, and I can park them down here, I'd part them out.
