Need 1987+ EA82T Knock Sensor

Featured Replies

Looking for a working knock sensor for an '87+ EA82T, part number: 22060AA010.  What do you suggest? @GeneralDisorder  Are there any crossover parts from Nissan?

Let me know what you've got.

Weren't these about ten bucks new from Rockauto?

Single wire one with green plastic bits....

Yeah, the 87+ sensors have a green plastic connector, but they sure aren't $10!  I found them on RockAuto under the XT, NOT the RX.  Two options still available there, so I bought a couple of them, just in case.

I need a new knock sensor connector for my 87 XT. Does anyone know where i can get a new plug or harness? As far as I know the sensor itself is fine, I just need the connector.

You may be lucky to find a nice reusable plug with wires at a wrecking yard with a personal visit. I can't imagine them interested in doing a mail order job unless they charge a lot for their time and effort. It might be best just to I'd what female pins are needed and do a repair, possibly just filling the top of the sensor in epoxy and fitting a plug further along
