July 3, 20205 yr Got a set of OEM glamour rings for my '85 Brat but I've noticed how they really tear into the Jackman wheels. My Jackmans never had them so they are nice and smooth. Any way to protect the wheels or is there a better after market type that grips the rim edge?
July 3, 20205 yr Only ways I worked out was disposal of the dress rims. In today's terms, just keep them socially distanced

July 4, 20205 yr The dress rings do add a different depth in appearance to our white steelies but scratch the finish so really best used to tidy up scabby rims instantly , paintless
July 13, 20205 yr Find a whiter white to pain your jackmans, and possibly paint the lug mounts behind the jackman's another color like RED. Some people also paint the disk brake calipers. That will dress it up.
