Is there something good to cover the car seat with when the leather seat for a Legacy limited from 1997?  Thanks.

you can get several kinds of covers......youtube videos that will even show you how to do 'real' upholstery replacement.

Ok, thanks.  You are so helpful here!

I see very nice leather seats at times in the yard.

I have pulled covers off in the yard or just get the complete seat and bolt it in.

I had one Brat seat fixed at a shop.  Like $250 to get the bottom done.

Yep, about the same for my Acura, about 5 years ago .  (Northern Nevada)

Dealing with leather car seat stress can be a hassle. Have you heard of Von Baer leather products? I always use their tips on leather while choosing such products. Just trying to be helpful as a newbie here.

I originally asked on this issue, car was done in a couple months anyway.  A friend thinks the Legacy Subarus are more attractive as he finds the Foresters unattractive.  I asked him why?  He said they look like old folks vehicles.
