what kind of radiator did they send me! help.

so my cars is till in the body shop. but the man in the big brown tuck has stoped by mon. tues. wed. got my xt6 clutch, delta cams, and a 2 row all metal rad.

 

we'll i open the box tonight and pull out the radiator. it definitly looks wrong!

I have to agree. EA82, maybe turbo, but the auto part doesn't matter. I believe almost all aftermarket EA82 radiators have the connections for the cooler lines. Oh but it does look NICE!!

yeah, that's an EA82 auto radiator. should be a two row core as well! is this for your lowered wagon? should go right in. If you don't need the ATF circuit, you can chop those extra two lines off of the side flush with the radiator to keep them out of the way, no harm there.

Just ignore the 2 lines coming off the drivers side they ARE for an auto tranny cooler. You dont have to plug em or anything, just ignore them. If it bolts in its the right one (I got one that didnt bolt in once)

 

The main thing that counts there is the lower radiator hose... the one on my loyale was odd... it came straight back, not up like that one (and all of em) should.

 

So it looks right for an EA82

I purcased 2 radiators just like that. no problems at all. dont push too hard on the filler neck it is not real sturdy. other than that its a good one.;)
