anyone find it difficult to heel and toe in these cars? I have big feet and it seems more awkward than in other cars I have driven.

---yes, that is why instead of using your heel, you try using the side of your foot. just kinda roll your ankle out a little and it should work just fine.

Ditto. Works great.

Ditto--An' when I 'cross the GLF-I two foot pedal:)---was 4 sec faster than the NEW Mini Cooper S's (now there are two) at the track:lol:--all out of a less-than-$2000 '82 GLF--The new Falken Azisus Rs tires (205/50/15 race compound on 0" offset rims) did help a bit---I'll post the new pics soon--you should see it now--looks kind'a like a old Hot Wheels car---

Yes, there are tons of pedals like that available, but a long pedal like that will take some work to put on a Subaru, as it is designed to fit on a bottom-hinged pedal. Sparco makes nice pedal sets, but they can be a bit pricey.

omfg.. thats like a dam stop light being used for a shift light on the dash???

i can see using a tiny light just as a reminder for those rare times that you might forget to shift.. but geees
