using an impact gun on my rear diff fill/drain bolts(I guess thats what you call them)? I can't seem to get them to loosen up, and thought about using that, will I break anything?

Shouldnt hurt taking them off, just dont use it to put them back on.

Ya, taking them off will be just fine. I do that alot, specially when they get gunked up real bad with offroad goop. As was previously said though, don't put em back on that way.

thanks for the advice guys, but I got it. I just had to strong arm it in the right direction :/ (I'm always doing that thou I think its my head messing up righy tighty, lefty loosy) and I kind if figured not to install them with it, but I'm sure somebody reading this thread might have tried that.

i had to use an impact to take both the drain and fill out..

I usually use a braker bar.
