January 12, 200521 yr What is the Australian equivilent to the XT6 and the RX? (what engines to theses have?) Do u have the Leone (ea82 sedan, similar in construction to the Wagon) Are there any other cars that have different names in different countries, eg. Brumby vs Brat Thanks
January 12, 200521 yr the XT/XT6 is the ayclone over seas. most have an EA82 in it...some have the turbo version of it...and some have the ER27 6 cyl. Leone is the same as the DL/GL/GL-10/RX/Loyale over here. Everywhere else its called a Legacy...and in Aus i believe its called the Liberty.
January 12, 200521 yr Author "Leone is the same as the DL/GL/GL-10/RX/Loyale over here." So by that u mean that the Rx is a variant of the Loyale, cos the Rx looks very diferent to our Leones Here we have in the models (old Gen) Sportswagon DL & GL (and Touring Wagon with slightly raised roof) Leone (Sedan) Fiori (Small 2 door 'van looking thing') Sherpa (very small 2 door) And New Gen Liberty Impreza (and WRX) Forester And possiably more
January 13, 200521 yr to my knowledge most if not all the RX's in AUS are 4drs, and xt's are called vortex
January 13, 200521 yr Australia didnt get 3 door coupes, or ER27's. They're XT's are vortex's and all RX's are 4 door sedans. -Brian
