quick question.

 

Got a buddy w/a GL-10 sedan that was side-swipped.

 

There is a wrecking yard with a Loyale Sedan there. The doors and fenders will interchange right?

 

Or should I just tell him that the car is dead and buy the 5spd d/r tranny w/diff lock and the LSD from him

Yeah I believe the body parts are the same... all a Loyale is, is a Gl-10 without all the spiffy gadgets like power locks, windows, and etc. But the wiring is there for it all.

Someone tell me if I am wrong at all. So I can learn.

I think you are correct about that. Swapping parts should be no problem.

Both my loyales had full power too , just no digidash or sunroof.

The Loyale wagon has some differences from pre-Loyale (rear quarter-panel/window and the rear hatch), but I haven't heard of any differences for the sedans.

The door window glass (rear) will be different slightly. But I dont see why the body panels wont fit.

So you guys had GL-8s then, if they all had power everything except the sunroof, and im guessing no cruise control?
