Left rear wheel angled in on 83 dl

Featured Replies

A friend was following me home and told me my left rear wheel seemed to be angled in. I looked at the tread on that tire and the outside edge is wearing much more than the rest of the tire. What could be the cause of this and how do I fix it?

Get underneath and look good at the trailing arm that holds the wheel/spindle.Especially where it bolts up,but I've also had the arm just rot out through the box section so bad it nearly folded the wheel.I didn't care as much back then so I kept letting it go.Luckily I made it home and had it swapped out soon after.

Or if it's a slight lean it could just be worn wheel bearings.See if the wheel has any play in it.

Check all your bushings back there. One possible cuase.
