November 16, 200520 yr well considering the ea82t doesn't have an intercooler, it would definitly be a worthwile mod..plus the wrx IC seems to fit quite nice in an ea82. <--has a wrx ic in his wagon

November 17, 200520 yr I also have a WRX IC and turbo in my car. I don't know what its like compared to a stock EA82T since I haven't gotten her to fire up yet but I'm guessing it should have a dramatic change to it.
November 17, 200520 yr WRX turbo and IC here, and mine runs! Even with the stock turbo and the wrx IC, its a big difference. Also allows you to run more boost (10-12psi) and that always makes things much more fun.
November 17, 200520 yr the intercooler alone will help it out some. intercooler and TD04 work really well. over 10,000 miles on mine now I think.
