November 18, 200520 yr I was thinking about buying an 81 wagon. The dealer and I cant figure out how to activate the cyclops headlight in the grill.
November 18, 200520 yr there are no switches around or hanging down?no spare wires?you probly could wire it up to the battery easilly just to see it work.

November 18, 200520 yr If memory serves, the "cyclops" headlight was in the manual considered a "passing light", there should be a "pass" symbol somewhere on one of the column sticks. Its been a while since I had mine, can't remember exactly.
November 18, 200520 yr Lower left dash, should be a blue button with an orange center. IIRC they only work either with or without the high beams on. Later, Tim
November 18, 200520 yr At a minimum the headlight switch needs to be turned on. If you press the button in and flip from hi to low beams you will see what position it lights up the switch in and know when its on.
November 18, 200520 yr Where exactly on the lower left dash? I have 2 factory holes that are deletions. Is it supposed to go in one of them? If so, which one? If not, where exactly does it mount? Thanks

November 18, 200520 yr My switch says "Center Lamp", I think? If you can't see it behind the logo in the grill, you don't have one.
