Yeah, thats a fairly old RX. I remember seeing this pictures and that page a while ago, but havent heard of anything new in a while.

I talked to the guy who owned that car back in the 90's, he wanted with 2500 or 3500 for it when he was finally selling it. He gave me one of the pics to post on my webpage too.

I remember that car from about 2-3 yrs ago.

Those guys wanted to buy a TR-7 of mine to do that with. Only problems is that they only wanted to give me $200 for two cars worth of parts!

It would still be easier to do an EJ motor swap.

I wonder how much the rotary weighs in comparison with an ej22? That's always been one of the rotary's claims to fame, its small size.

I think Tex can come pretty close to 170hp with his engine if he gets better exhaust and gets everything all tweaked.

 

He's done a lot to his engine... I just hope his stock internals can take it!
