So where exactly do you find these wheels?

Check the Marketplace. There's been several sets for sale lately. Other than that, there's several spots on the board where it shows what to look for at your local junk yard. The Peugeot 505 is the best donor, but watch out for metric (390mm) wheels - very hard to find tires for.

Mine were next to a Peugeot .

Check the wrecking yards that specialise in European cars and somebody will have a set.

call around to your local wrecking yards and see if they have any wrecked Peugeots 505's 504's etc... lying around, that's your best bet. and least expensive usually...
