I like the big mugs too, but they weigh a ton empty. Add 20 oz and yer pumping 3 or 4 pounds.

I had a nice lightweight copper mug (held maybe 16oz) for years. It was great - immediately took on the temperature of the beer or coke and stayed nice for much longer than glass.

 

I don't remember the price - probably more than glass. Easily engraved.
