is the filter in the secondary air cleaner replacable?

I'd be happy with a firstdary air cleaner, but probably use up to thirdary air cleaner and it still smell like an old car.

located in front of master cylinder

blue, round, hose connected to front

removed the 2 nuts, split case, separated filter with lid from housing

just looking for the element
