April 30, 200619 yr Hey D, was it blue? I saw it parked at the ski shop (or the bar next door) on Kingsbury Grade about 5:00. Actually, I've seen it a few times around town. The body's in better shape than my '83:lol:  .

April 30, 200619 yr how is that photo of the GSR on your photo gally then??? Simply because Kevin in Austrailia....er,or NZ...sorry Kev,asked me to host it since he was having a little trouble getting pics up to the board. That's cool,we hear the west coast guys say this place or that place is the holy heaven of Subaru,etc....etc...... But if you ever lived in New England you'd know the real deal. 99.9% of the owners here treat them like disposable lighters and don't bother to worship them like the few of us here. When they don't rot out so easy, you guys have more to romance,so you get your good little groups of enthusiasts. East coast: Subaru users No Rot Zones: Seemingly more Subarus, but actually just more older Subarus. Stop up from November through March and you'll get to see all the Subarus come out of the leaf piles for the winter.Plenty of people keep that older Subaru strictly for winter communting. Cheers
May 1, 200619 yr and florida= I may be the only one in my city with an '80 or older Subaru. maybe one of 5 in the state, who knows
May 1, 200619 yr I saw a 70's soob in boulder colorado on thursday... it was a bright-rump roast yellow sedan

May 2, 200619 yr Reno/Tahoe/Truckee are just packed with Subaru's. You are almost guaranteed to see one of every make/model up there. Nevada City and most of the small towns in Northern California you see a whole bunch too.
May 2, 200619 yr nope, i just would rather sell my brat first, before i sell the engine, just incase i somehow am able to keep the brat.

Nevada City and most of the small towns in Northern California you see a whole bunch too. Most of the Gen 1 Subarus I have seen in the last 10 years in the Pacific NW have been in two areas: South Central Washington (Pasco-Richland-Kennewick) and South Western Oregon (Grants Pass-Ashland-Medford).

I also have yet to see another 4WD nonturbo XT in Orlando. I see FWD XT's on a rare occasion, and maybe a turbo in there somewhere, but no 4WD nonturbos.
