August 30, 200619 yr Just wondering if the wheels on my brat are EA82 wheels.... I know that they are different than EA81's and the ones on the brat are way different than the ones on my '84 Wagon. The spokes turn in sharply towards the rim where as the ones on the wagon gently slope in, I know that the EA82's had different wheels to clear the calipers. you can kinda tell in the pics.
August 30, 200619 yr Author Yep - looks like EA82 wagon wheels. GD next question....anyone want to trade me for a set of the correct wheels or any other EA81's?
August 30, 200619 yr i`ve got a set of early gen 1 WIDE mags that would look sik on there. i'd have to get some money for them tho. they are like something you'd see on an old muscle car or something.

August 30, 200619 yr pics: they are dirty, need to be cleaned/ polished, but there is little to no rash on any of them width compared to a size 12 shoe
August 30, 200619 yr I have a set of the wheels you orig posted about. If you don't get 75subie's contact me.
August 30, 200619 yr John! clear out some of your pm box, i can't get through, you exeeded your storage limit.
August 30, 200619 yr holy cow i dont believe how far out they drilled those lugholes!!!! i have some 13 and 14 inch mags like that that are destined for a recycler i think, totally different bolt pattern BUT anyone interested, who could do the drilling, could (apparently) drill em without losing wheel integrity, i suppose.. i mean, those old mags were all just cast in batches, then drilled for lugs individually anyhow.. and if you got inventive you could even use the old holes to mount some sort of centercap :- ) anyhow, like i said i have some wheels like that that id give away to get rid of, if anyone wants em. i live in south florida, so shipping would be a factor, but hey, i figured id offer em up. theyre just sitting there anyhow.
August 30, 200619 yr Im not the best judge by pics alone but its hard to tell a ea81 wagon wheel (I have a bunch if you need) and ea82 apart in my opinion.
August 30, 200619 yr Whats EA81 and 82 bolt size/pattern? Also is there a gallery showing all the old wheels available for older subarus from the factory? Whats the stock offset and max range for aftermarket? Sorry not to hi-jack the thread.
