The main video feed on this page has a maroon 2nd gen Brat going through a puddle and the news man stated (look, this car is trying to make it through, and almost does not make it, To drive anywhere you need a major 4x4 to navigate the flood waters)

I saw the Brat doing just fine in the background.

I believe he said "High clearance vehicle", of which I would not classify a stock brat as high clearance. higher than most other cars, but still not in the "high" category in my mind....
